I wrote a number of utilities a few years ago to do this they are, DSPFLD,
DSPDEP and DSPKEY.  If you are interested, you can download the source and
objects for these from www.ccl400.com.

As I say these were written a few years ago and use outfiles, but if I was
to rewrite them today I would use the API's.

On this command I use *NUMLF special value for physical file and 1 for
number of logicals. This gives me everything, I think. Or you can name a
specific physical.
