You will have to put IP security policies on the 10.x interface.  This is
done thru OpsNav.  I have never done it on the AS400 but know it is there.
AS400 server tend to bind to all interfaces by default unless you lock them
out.  The only way to lock them out is to use IP Security policies.  You
will run into the same problem on any multi-homed computer.  If your NT or
Novell is not multi-homed, that may be the easiest way.
