Without knowing the context, Anne, since I wasn't in on the conversation, at
first glance I'd call it a meaningless quote.  What does it mean?  Does it
mean that iSeries is the basis from which all of the three other platforms
will produced?  In the future??

I dunno, it just sounds like it's what the iSeries faithful wanted to hear.
