Trevor,

With group jobs you only require one session open,  as they reside on the 
server. Only one
groupjob will be active, others will be suspended. Group jobs can be selected 
and you can give
them a title.

Sixteen windows open gives a cluttered screen, I think. It is also a bad sign 
of job management,
IMHO.
