I see Mark's address in the list of email.  However I don't see it in the
individual email when I open it.

If I select the properties of the email I can see that Mark is also using
Notes.  However there is no DisplayFrom field.  I wonder what he has in
his short name field in his person document, in his server's address book.
 I have two entries:
rob@dekko.com
spaceman@dekko.com
This allows multiple email addresses, with the first appearing on your
sent mail.
I also have rob@dekko.com in my internet address field on this same
document.

Also, if I edit my location document on my client my internet address
field is blank.  This tells it to use the person doc from the server's
address book.
