Two separate issues.

I don't think that Netserver was supported that far back.  There are some
faq's on setting up netserver at midrange.com.

To create directories and navigate through them you could use the commands
md and cd.
md = Create Directory (MD)
cd = Change Current Directory (CD)

Does one need Client Access to access QOpenSys from the desktop?  I.e.,
through Windows Explorer?  NOTE:  This is a V3R2 AS/400.  (and the desktop
is Win98SE)

How do I create subfolders and navigate through them from within a CL
program?
