Hi All,

I'm new to WebSphere.  Currently I'm installing WebSphere 3.02 for AS/400.  I 
have installed it on the AS/400 & also the Administrator console on the Win NT 
without any errors.  I have started the administrator's console with a "console 
ready" status.  As the next step, i created a server instance and started it.  
The instance is starting, but ending immediately.  Can someone throw some light 
on this?  Will be very helpful.
