         I have a CL program that uses the command STRPCO to start up an FTP 
operation to download a file from the AS/400 to the PC.   This has been in 
production for quite some time.  However the user just got an error that said 
that STRPCO can only be run from a programmable workstation.   Did something 
get set off on this PC that this would not longer work?
