Hi, The "Work Control Block Table" (alias QWCBT) is the place where all jobs hang their hat. Although the system tricks us into thinking that spooled files are contained in output queues, output queues merely point at entries in the WCBT. The actual spool is contained in the QSPL library. I suspect that you may have one problem, and likely have the second: 1). You may need PTFs. V5R1 is a relatively buggy release, and you must be running V5R1 is you have the new system value QMAXSPLF. 2). You definitely have some damage to the WCBT, and the only way to repair that is RCLSTG. Alternatively a "Cold Start" where you wipe out the contents of all queues MIGHT fix the problem. QJOBSPLA of 2048 is low, but OK. You have reset it to the shipped default. The fact that your disk is in the 80's is not causing your problems, but on a small system could hurt performance. You likely need to execute the SPENDMONEY command and buy more disk. They try to display their prints and it just starts to do a dump, it hangs that interactive session up for a few minutes. I looked at the job log and it displays the following message 3>> wrksplf leonid space offset X'004687700' or teraspace offset X'0000000000000000' outside current limit for object QWCBT01. Dump output directed to spool file1. Complete thread information not available. I tried increasing the SYSVAL QJOBSPLA from 2048 KB to 3516KB, the SYSVAL QMAXSPLF is sitting at 9999. We are having extreme difficulties with our disk usage, on average around 80% to 85%. Are these to problems related? Any suggestions on what to do to get more disk space?
