AFAIK you can't SAVE an individual *AUTL.  You can get a list of user's in
the *AUTL by using DSPAUTL to an outfile.  You can get a list of objects
secured by an *AUTL using the QSYLATLO or QGYRATLO APIs.  Both those sets of
information are sufficient to rebuild an authorization list.
