But there was a Terminate CPF command.  It doesn't have change bars in my
CPF 8.0 version of the Programming Reference Summary so it must have existed
at least on CPF 7 and probably earlier but that's before my time.

There was something so much more satisfying about TERMINATING things rather
than merely ENDing them!  I still think we need a TRMUSR command ...
        TRMUSR  USER(that-annoying-bastard-in-accounts) PREJUDICE(*EXTREME)
