Panel Group help

Where can I find info on Panel Groups?  I looked at:

and searched on Panel.  No hits.

Went to the DDS Reference Information book, clicked on the flashlight,
and searched on Panel, using a FUZZY search.  Again no hits.

The problem we have is 'hanging help fields'.  When we position the cursor
on a non-field area of a specific format, we sometimes get the help for a
field on a different format.  We must be missing a keyword somewhere.
