Okay,

        WHY WOULD YOU DEAL WITH IBM Credit Corp anyway. They are the worse
lender in the world as they think everyone is a fortune 100 with a huge team
of lawyers to read and interpret their garbage.  An you are just a pain that
some management type forced them to deal with...

         BUY the thing at the 50% off cost, finance if you must with a
credit union, and when you are ready for the next box sell it to another
developer at the fully depreciated cost...

        My  TWO CENTS !!
