I don't think so (at least not directly) but you could do something
like this:

         CRTLIB SAVFLIB

         CRTSAVF LIB1
         SAVLIB LIB(LIB1) DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(SAVFLIB/LIB1)
         CRTSAVF LIB2
         SAVLIB LIB(LIB2) DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(SAVFLIB/LIB2)
         CRTSAVF LIB3
         SAVLIB LIB(LIB3) DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(SAVFLIB/LIB3)

         CRTSAVF QGPL/MANYLIB
         SAVLIB LIB(SAVFLIB) DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(QGPL/MANYLIB)

         DLTLIB MANYLIB
