Will Rogers "alan shore" <SHOREA@dime.com> To: "<" Sent by: cc: midrange-l-admin@mi Subject: spool file status drange.com 07/08/2002 04:54 PM Please respond to midrange-l I'm trying to develop something to automatically delete old spool files (I know DLTOLDSPLF resides in TAATOOL), but the spool file CANNOT be deleted if it has'nt been printed. I know the commans WRKSPLSTS(?) (work with spool status) will display if the spool has been printed, but this is a display of the data. I looked at the QUSRSPLA API, but this does not show if a spool has been printed, and I cannot seem to locate the OS/400 Print API manual on the 'net If any one has any ideas and/or knowledge to point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. ***************************defiant************************************ This email and any files transmitted with it are intended solely for the use of the individual or agency to whom they are addressed.
