I'd say it is more of a twist on WRKSYSACT, which is part of the licensed
program Performance Tools.  WRKSYSACT has always shown CFINTxx tasks, but not
every shop has Performance Tools.  FastACT appears to be a way for shops without
PT to have a WRKSYSACT-like tool from 9am to 11am (ie while the Fast400 demo is
also permitted).  Or to license it for full-time use for $500, which can be
considerably cheaper than Performance Tools.  Of course, PT does much more than
just WRKSYSACT...
