And it is still spin. Bruce knew that only SOME LIPIs are available. And could have said so. An example of similar spin: John Ashcroft was asked about a year ago about the FPI Carnivore project. His answer: "FBI does not have a Carnivore project". It was renamed DSP1000 (or some such) a month or so before.
