*** ADMIN: Email addresses in newsgroups

Folks:

In an effort to add some security to messages that are available on the
gmane.org news server, I've asked the system administrator of gmane.org to
activate a new email address encrypting feature.

This feature takes a persons real email address, creates a temporary
address at gmane.org, and correlates the two so that a persons real address
does not show up in the newsgroup.

If someone wants to respond to that email address, the gmane.org software
requires a confirmation message be sent before it will forward replies.
