Thanks Konrad for your help!  I took your advice about it being the viewer
and printed one out.  Sure enough it printed correctly with my new overlay.
The AS/400 Operations Navigator on the other hand still displayed and prints
my original overlay, so the problem lies there and not on the AS/400. Weird.
Has anyone else ever had this occur?
