Subject: Microsoft .NET Server announcement

plus the announcement that MS is hiring a lot more programmers this year
while IBM is not. .NET is being wrongly faulted in the financial press for
not delivering on its MS promises. Gates response is to add more resources,
commit his company even more to the path he has chosen. Our platform can
compete well against .NET and MS, ( esp since .NET is a step back in one
regard ) but IBM mgmt must be as commited ( show me the money! ) to its
products as BG is to his.
