Is Client Access Express available on the 400 you're looking at? There is
an AFP Viewer (no license needed) with which you can see spooled files
listed in Operations Navigator (again, no license extra). The spacing is
correct..

You COULD also CPYSPLF to a physical file, with CTLCHAR(*PRTCTL). That puts
the spacing info at the beginning of each record. But you'd need to write a
program to put in the extra blanks and underlines and highlights.
