Hi Chris,
Usrprf is enabled, name and password are okay. But on the "remote
command server running on the destination as400"?
How do I start it if not.

Is the remote command server running on the destination AS400?  Is your
profile on the Destination AS400 and the password the same as you are
providing?  Is the user profile disabled on the Destination AS400 from too
many attempts?
