So - change the authority to DLTNETF (delete net file cmd). Just be careful
the same user doesn't later need the authority. If so, the later pgm could
use adopted authority only while it is running.
 EDTOBJAUT OBJ(WRKNETF) OBJTYPE(*CMD)
