Yes, I need to be able to execute this function with no user intervention.
It looks like FTP or RUNRMTCMD may be my best options.

The only issues are that a) the receiving PC needs to have PCO.EXE (comes
with CA), and AFAIK the program has to run in a CA session, so a user has
to be signed on (of course, there are ways to work around that, if you
want).
