I haven't exactly experienced that, but a subsidiary had an IBM load
source crash (RAIDed/Mirrored) and the entire system crashed. They had to
reload.

I know that IBM just cut ties with BCC and that's forcing BCC to take
different avenues for support. We have some BCC drives that we are
extremely pleased with thus far. Actually, we have BCC-supplied IBM
Ultrastar 35GB - 15kRPM drives.
