1) What format are you using when you transfer the data to the PC? 2) Have you tried different download formats to see if the problem is specific to a particular file format? 3) Have you experienced this behavior before? 4) Have you applied any service packs to your CAE or PTF's to the AS/400 that could have affected file transfer? 5) If the answer to 4 is NO, are you on the latest service pack for your CAE release?
