Be careful with the 345.  I plain did not work for me on a
brand-spanking-new820 I installed.  We ended up swaping for the new LTO.

I have never liked 8mm and new replacement drive 7208-345 is almost $7k.
Can't spend more, but any good options other than 1/4 in cartridge?
