I went to this page to remove myself.  Basically, they asked for all the
information about my company that a spammer could possibly want.  I filled
in ONLY my email address and asked for it to be blocked.  We'll see.

I think I'll also ask for a "test" address to be blocked and see if I end up
getting mail for it.
