1.  In my shop we use different libraries for data and programs.
Normally data require to be CHANGED by users, while programs don't.

2.  Personaly i like one source only, but if you have really a lot of
source, you may use a more /400 standard approach by separating them. Be
careful when separating: a simple 25 (search) option has to extended to
QRPGSRC, QRPGLESRC, QCBLSRC,QCBLLESRC ! In my shop we separate only copies
(QLBLSRC) from sources, mixing RPG (very few), CBL, CBLLE, in one QPGMSRC
only.
