I called JDE once for help with a problem after normal working hours in
Denver, and got a support person in Malaysia (or somewhere is Asia, I don't
remember).  I could hardly understand a word the support person said.  I'm
not sure whether she could understand me or not.

I ended up telling her that I would just call in again the next day, and the
next day I called Denver and got my problem solved.

I called Sam's Club about a bill and whoa!, I got a very polite person with
a British accent WHO WAS BASED IN INDIA.  He took care of the problem
quickly.
