rob...prove your statement. I have been using SEU in various forms since 1983 on the S/38. I don't recall ever having a problem with SEU that I didn't cause, for example: accidently blanking out a line and pressing <Enter> before pressing F5 to refresh the screen. I HAVE seen the EDT1683 error message occasionally when I key a non-existent line command which it interprets as a user-defined line command, but these are only annoyances. If you are going to complain about BUGS, give me some specific examples. ----- Original Message ----- From: <rob@dekko.com> To: <midrange-l@midrange.com> Sent: Wednesday, October 09, 2002 4:02 PM Subject: Re: Tabs in SEU The biggest problem is that SEU is so full of bugs compared to Code/400. However the SEU bigots call these bugs 'limitations'. And they believe that if it can't be done in SEU then it really can't improve their productivity. SEU is a very old tool and limited in its capabilities. I checked the archives, but didn't see anything there either. All help is greatly appreciated... 8-) Ray Shahan "Life is what happens while you're busy making other plans", John Lennon -- [ Content of type image/gif deleted ] -- _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l. _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
