Hi, The "real" answer is to go to V5R2 (excellent release), and get "LAN Console". Generally, the answer was no. But I found a way to do it - use a switchbox. I got an ABCD DB9 switchbox. All the imputs are female, so you need also to get M-M gender changers - get the mini variety. I'm able to configure any of 2 400s, our DSL modem, and our phone system from 1 PC. Just make sure to close the console down before switching to a different system. If you are also doing the remote control panel, I assume you could use a similar switch for parallel port connections (DB25). Maybe there are combination switches that have both serial (DB9) and parallel (DB25) on the same switch.
