Sorry for the late answer, have you tried to go into CFGTCP option 3 and
change the buffer sizes to a larger value? Default values are 8192 try
change them to 65025 and see if there's any difference.

If you are using ftp on a large file - will the transfer speed be the same?

Network congestion?
