Maybe he has more exposure to change management tools. What change management tool are you using Steve? Turnover, homegrown, IBM's soon-to-be-dropped addition to the traditional set, other? Frankly I don't have a whole lot of exposure to change management tools and I am not in the position of arguing the merits of either. Even if we don't like PC based tools, we can always learn from their philosophies, techniques and capabilities.
