Hi Ging,

I don't know who you are, or what shop this is, but although generally
makes excellent computers, every once and a while there are problems. IBM
is excellent about replacing suspect equipment, even when it turns out to
be caused by a user error. If you're interested in discussing this
further, please feel free to give me a call.

BTW, where was your system manufactured. (This is indicated by the first
two digits of the serial number. The following comes from one of my COMMON
pitches about the system value QSRLNBR:

The first two digits of the serial number indicate the location of
manufacture:
            '10' Rochester, Minnesota
             '44' Santa Palomba, Italy
             '65' Dublin, Ireland
             '78' Guadalajara, Mexico
