Could someone please help me...

When I run the system debugger,
 java utilities.DebugMgr

it says the as-debug is not in the service table so I added one, the message
box is now gone, but know I get a connection error..

Does anybody have a url that might help set this up?  I looked at the help
file, but it didn't cover this issue..  Or might have the config I need to
use,  I'm running 5.1 with the latest fixes, groups and hipers..
