If the output queue is a device outq (associated with an AS/400 printer
device description), you can do it this way:

RLSSPLF FILE(*SELECT) SELECT(*ALL AUSLPRT *ALL *ALL)

This releases for *ALL users, ALL spooled files in device outq AUSLPRT,
formtype *ALL, User data *ALL.
