I've been having problems with one system.. But have not researched it as far as you have. IBM has given me the steps to take a trace on both the remote system, and ops_nav.. Maybe early next week I'll get a chance to trace it and let you know if we're seeing the same thing. (for that matter, did it take a trace for you to figure out your problem? Do you have an easier way? On our new system the inventory collection services in Management Central fails on the User and Group phase. This appears to be a problem in the QYIVPUBAGT program. Management central is submitting it with a mixed case system name -- in our case Redwood. Interactively this results in a mess...lots of query reports of mismatching data. Run with the uppercase REDWOOD interactively it seems to be happy. Any idea of how to get this to work? A search of APARS and the knowledgebase seems to indicate it is local. We are current on fixes and group ptfs. Thanks for any help or direction...
