I have the following in a CL program:


  STRPCO
  MONMSG IWS4010 /* THIS SUPPRESSES STRPCO ALREADY ACTIVE MESSAGES */
  STRPCCMD   PCCMD('C:\WINDOWS\DESKTOP\PATINQ.BAT')

When I click the bat file on the desktop the bat file runs the program, but
this  CL won't make the bat file run.  Any idea what is (or isn't)
happening?
