Do you get any error messages at the bottom

IE: List or expression not valid for parameter ALWRLY.
    '*CCSI     ' not valid for parameter IFCDMN.
    '00819     ' not valid for parameter FTRACN.

as examples, you may have to make some changes to see the "good"
settings - that has happened to me before, don't know if someone
here was messing with these parms, or a hacker was tring something -
but that would get me through it.
