DSPJOBLOG of the submitted job that is on the jobq shows the command to
execute.  If there is an API that can do this, then you're home free.
Otherwise, you can DSPJOBLOG OUTPUT(*PRINT), copy the spooled file to a
database file, read and parse it with a program to find the command
execution information....
