Numerous ways:

CPY OBJ('/QSYS.LIB/ROB.LIB/MYFILE.FILE/MYFILE.MBR')
    TODIR('/mydir')
    DTAFMT(*TEXT)

or

CPYTOSTMF FROMMBR('/QSYS.LIB/ROB.LIB/MYFILE.FILE/MYFILE.MBR'
                  )
          TOSTMF('/mydir/testtwo.txt')
          STMFCODPAG(*PCASCII)

The first two give the same results.  If you like delimiters you might
try:
CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(ROB/MYFILE MYFILE)
          TOSTMF('/mydir/test3.txt')
          STMFCODPAG(*PCASCII)
          RCDDLM(*LFCR)

How do I do this? I am clueless as to how to do this.
