I do TAB in Linux and I get a list of possibilities.

For the OS/400 I get a list of possibilities ALONG with a short description
of the command.

It is easier to scroll through a list than hitting tab.  Typing man
<command> reading it realizing it is not the command I want, go back to
looking at the list, typing man again.

Also, due to categorization, I typically know if I am looking for a wrk
command, dsp comamnd, str command, etc.

I mean, in linux, if I know the command I am looking for starts with 'pass',
using locate is just about as helpful as TAB.  Tab does not help at all if
you do not know what command you need ... it only helps you type it
correctly once you know what you need.

For convenience, OS/400 > Linux in that regards.
