James Rich said; <SNIP> I have no idea why it is called WRKLNK (work with links? what links? I just want to see my files). This is the same fallacy that unix commands are accused of (awk? what the crap is awk?). I would have never guessed that to show a list of files I need to use WRKLNK. <SNIP> James Rich <SNIP> Yeah, that always confused the heck out of me for a long time. I still find the terms "target" and "source" in the manpage confusing. BTW, first name is what you're linking to, second is the name of the link. You get it wrong enough times, eventually you get the hint. Fortunately, nothing too bad happens if you code the names the wrong way around. Cheers! Hans <SNIP> I think Hans gave you your answer James. (The BTW part in the center) Link is a more clinical term for "I just wanna see my files" A PATH is how certain things are <LINKED> together. I find it interesting ("I just wanna see my files") is you look at .EXE's , .DOC .ETC's as files. I look at them as objects.
