You will likely see CFINT0x jobs hammer your system with V5R1 if you are
exceeding your interactive card's limit. These jobs will affect all jobs on
the 7xx server models and not just interactive. In V4R4 these jobs were not a
real issue.

I've always made sure I applied all of the DB PTFs when doing an OS
upgrade.
