This is NOT very intuitive.

After spending a half hour searching for this information yesterday, your
question made me search another 30 minutes today.  See the iSeries
Information Center.

Here is a link to the V5R1M0 troubleshooting section...(I now have this link
bookmarked on more than one computer)

1) Find the section labeled "Begin Troubleshooting now", then click the "NO"
link below (go to Analyzing problems with a symptom)
2) On the next panel, select Procedure 2 (The system attention light is on,
or a system reference code is displayed on the control panel)
