Cool:Xtras CM is actually a re-branded version of MKS Implementer.

We've been working to eliminate (or at least reduce) the number of MI
programs that we call ... and that particular program is on our list.

I've forwarded your message on to the person who is investigating this ...
I'll try and get you some information.
