I ran the two test on two different machines. When I ran the
PKD version on the same machine as the ZND version it took
77 seconds for 100,000,000 additions for PKD versus
30 seconds for 10,000,000 additions for ZND, so it is NOT
a factor of ten, but "only" a factor of 30/7.7 = 4
