They will work just fine with RPG IV code, but aren't nearly as easy to use as DDS defined screens using the EXFMT opcode. We have several programs that we've updated to RPG IV and left the display files as they were originally written. But if we have to make many changes to the screen files we dump them and redo from scratch, simply for the ease of screen handling it gives us. James Rich
