My boss will probably upgrade the hardware for our developers based on 
what he finds out.  They could use some interactive, especially when we do 
training on the box.

Notice he said NEW CONFIGS......that means NEW HARDWARE SALES probably....

Makes me wonder if they're using this as a incentive to jumpstart a
stangnant sales history....
